What are Triggers?

Triggers are mental techniques which are fast and easy to use… and the results are powerful. You can safely and effectively change every aspect of your life for the better—develop greater mental and physical abilities… banish fears… maintain vigorous health… and dissolve self-defeating beliefs.

In this blog I’ll be sharing my writing-in-progress on the updated version of the my best-selling book, TRIGGERS: A New Approach to Self-Motivation.
